Honey is a patisserie chain where every dessert tells a story. Each year, the brand develops a dedicated holiday identity across dozens of formats, maintaining a unique character for every product.
Solution The Fire Horse became the season’s symbol, embodying movement and the anticipation of a fairy tale. The goal was to create ‘living’ graphics that visually vibrate with energy and hope for change.
The system covers 40+ items, from stollens to a 19-cell advent calendar. Each unit features a narrative where illustrations adapt to scale, creating a cohesive visual universe. A standalone part of the project was ‘Daily Cards"—metaphorical predictions pairing philosophical terms with custom imagery.
